DZS was thrilled to participate in the CommsDay Summit 2023 in Sydney, Australia earlier this May. CommsDay Summit is a premier event where communications network industry leaders converge to discuss the future of important topics like 5G and other next-generation network deployments, IoT and cybersecurity and their impact in the Australasia region.
The summit attracted 450 delegates, dozens of high-profile speakers and exhibitors from all over the world. The DZS team leveraged the conference to connect with customers, prospects, partners and other thought leaders, discussing how we can best help them succeed with our world-class technology and solutions. We had numerous meetings with a range of regional CEOs and other senior leaders from customers and partners.
The Summit featured speakers from the executives ranks of major carriers, industry regulators, technology vendors as well as key industry associations. Representing DZS at the Summit was Malcolm Richards, VP of Software Sales, Asia. In his keynote speech, he discussed the powerful potential of the Metaverse, improving Wi-Fi management and how DZS is playing a critical role in helping our customers gain a competitive EDGE by enabling them to deliver the ultimate subscriber experience. He also spoke on the importance of investing in broadband infrastructure in Australia as the demand for more high-speed multi-gigabit services continues to exponentially grow. Malcolm also underscored DZS’ global expertise and proven ability to deliver the hyper-fast bandwidth needed to accommodate the next-gen technologies that subscribers increasingly need and want.
The CommsDay Summit 2023 was a great opportunity for DZS to continue establishing our brand within the strategic the Australasia region. The Summit was a critical event to establish as well as cultivate DZS relationships locally. We plan to return for CommsDay 2024 to highlight even bigger possibilities for hyper-fast broadband and the future of communications and how our game-changing and award-winning solutions such as the record-shattering Velocity V6 Fiber Access system, the first of its kind environmentally hardened Saber 4400 Optical Transport platform, the M4000 Converged Transport solution, and our powerful software platforms, including DZS Xtreme orchestration and automation software, Expresse network assurance, and CloudCheck WiFi experience management, are all leading the way for the digital transformation of our industry.
